General description

Discoidal test with thickened rim and annular chambers that are divided into chamberlets; several rows of apertures on the peripheral margin. Living specimens are brownish due to dinophycean endosymbionts.

General description

Large discoidal test with annular chambers divided into chamberlets. Numerous elongated and irregular shaped apertures occur along the peripheral margin. Living specimens are brownish due to dinophycean endosymbionts.
