General description
Large discoidal test with annular chambers divided into chamberlets. Numerous elongated and irregular shaped apertures occur along the peripheral margin. Living specimens are brownish due to dinophycean endosymbionts.

General description
Large thick discoidal test with multiple rows of pores on the peripheral margin. Apertures are rounded to circular with a calcified rim like in Sorites. Brownish colour in living specimens due to dinophycean symbionts.
